MortgageStar owns and operates Metro Closings, Inc. which closes loans in MD, DC, VA and FL. By utilizing our own title company we are able to provide outstanding service for you and our borrowers.

When we receive a loan file for a property located in MD, VA, DC or FL our processors will automatically request title from Metro Closings so that when we receive your appraisal we will be ready to close.

Closings take place in one of our retail offices, the real estate office or in the borrower's home-it's your choice.
