MortgageStar owns and operates Metro Closings, Inc., which closes loans in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania (coming soon, NC and UT). By utilizing our own title company, we are able to provide outstanding service for you and our borrowers.

When we receive a loan file for a property located in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Florida or Pennsylvania our processors will automatically request a title from Metro Closings so that when we receive your appraisal we will be ready to close.
