StarAssociate Program

A StarAssociate is an exclusive loan officer of MortgageStar who originates residential loans on a full or part-time basis while working from their own home. Unlike a retail loan officer we don't tell you when to work - it's up to you how much you want to earn!

MortgageStar processes, underwrites and funds the loans you originate while you earn 100% of the commission as a W2 employee. If you are a loan officer or processor with at least one year of experience you may be eligible to become a StarAssociate.
